We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team to lead and shape our IT Contract division on a global scale.

Role and Responsibilities

As the successful Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment process, building and maintaining a network of clients and candidates across the globe.

You can also expect to:

• Qualify and screen candidates
• Manage interview and offer process
• Take clients through the Vantage Consulting Client Journey
• Pitch for new and retained business
• Gain specialist market information and leverage to grow market share
• Mentor Junior Consultants where required
• Take an active role in recruitment of new team members

You will have proven success working in a contract recruitment market, ideally within IT or Engineering.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Excellent service and sales skills
• Commercial acumen
• Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development
• Maintain a positive 'can do' attitude and contribute to team culture
