Who are we looking for?

We're actively seeking an experienced recruitment consultant (from any industry) to join our growing team in Belfast.

This is a unique role, where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own niche market.

The successful person will be professional, self-motivated, ambitious, and financially motivated, with a proven track record of success in a 360-recruitment role.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your clients and candidatesSourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openingsGuiding candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews, and ensuring a smooth experienceScheduling interviews and providing relevant feedbackBuilding relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insightGenerating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research What can you expect joining Reperio?
