Our client is an established IT / Technology Consultancy serving customers across the UK. They have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer. This is a senior position within the team and you will support onboarding of customers and deputise for the team lead when needed. In this role you'll use your communication skills and technical expertise to resolve technical escalations and issues whilst also supporting the onboarding of customers.
