As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll provide crucial financial and analytical support, focusing on the revenue and commercial aspects of our business. You'll work closely with the project team to create monthly revenue forecasts and investigate any deviations from the forecast. You will gain and use an in-depth understanding of our key programs to provide extra analysis on pricing and offer suggestions to improve program profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Implementing a monthly revenue forecasting process in close collaboration with the Project Management team and Project Analysts;
• Review the discrepancies in monthly revenue and provide an analysis or commentary;
• Review the key programs and provide an analysis of pricing and profitability;
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and EBITDA;
• Review the current accounting treatment of program or project-related revenue and costs, and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Review of inter-company revenue accounting;
• Provide assistance in managing the contracting process and processing change orders;
• Review the existing procedures and provide recommendations for improvements;
• Support the implementation of a new ERP system;
• Stay up to date with local and global revenue regulations;
• Challenge teams when necessary and escalate any concerns through the appropriate channels
• Work on agreed projects and specialities, provide ad-hoc analysis, and support the finance team, as required.

What You'll Need:

• A bachelor's degree or qualified by experience;
• Previous experience in a similar role and industry beneficial
• Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant or QBE
• Previous experience in designing and improving processes
• Ability to influence and challenge as required
• Understanding of the financial aspects of projects
• Strong Accounting Knowledge
• Effective communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Proficient in Excel, databases, and accounting systems
