£45k – £70K basic salary + take home 50% of your billings Work alongside million-pound billers Exposure to top tier Hedge Funds and Asset Managers No KPI’s or micromanagement Access to Private Health Care Team incentive trips (California, Las Vegas, Morzine) Flexibility with WFH and hours Shadow client pitches and eventually originate retained and exclusive searches yourself Collaborate with your team closely on projects Map the market within the PE space and become an expert in the space Liaise will clients to update them on market conditions and candidate progress Deliver on mandates 2.5+ years in Technology + Finance Recruitment with a proven track record of billings An interest in the Private Equity space Ideally had experience bringing on new business Extremely motivated and switched on Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
