They have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities and specialise in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases.The role As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights to the operational business units driving improved margins and cash conversion. You will work closely with all non-finance functions and operational businesses to drive business improvements and enhanced control throughout the business.Salary- 65-70k per Anum Your duties and responsibilities will beWork closely with Commercial and Operational management, providing financial insight to drive business improvement through higher margins and faster cash conversion. Providing timely and accurate financial analysis and management information to non-finance stakeholders.Developing the team of Finance Business Partners teamWorking with the Senior Finance Leadership Team to carry out the wider finance strategy.Supporting ERP optimisation within the finance team, as part of projects and ongoing Continuous Improvement.To review and approve month end reporting for contracts, engaging with the commercial team around specifics and ensuring that the UK entities reporting is robust and timeously reported to Group.Understand and minimize the working capital requirements of the business by carrying out monthly debt and WIP reviews and influencing payment terms in contracts / bidsBecome the trusted Finance partner for commercial / operational stakeholdersAttend commercial reviews and project boards, improving processes and driving actionsSupport the continuous improvement, margin improvement process, providing facts and evidence of improvements and sharing knowledge between business units.Support the budgeting and rolling forecast process ensuring that balanced yet challenging targets and set and achieved.Review estimates and tenders to validate margin estimates and cash flow forecasts.Drive change and improvement within the department and wider business processes.Supporting ad hoc projects and transformation initiatives as required.You will have the following qualifications and experience ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.Demonstrable FP&A and commercial finance experience.Experience of working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.Commercial and resilient character with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong MS Office skills particularly excel and PowerBI.Experience of using ERP systems.It's great if you also have the followingExperience of using SAP.Engineering / professional services sector experience.Get in touch nowIf you're on the lookout for a new opportunity, where you will be responsible for managing and controlling projects and all associated quality assurance processes, and think you have the skills and experience we are seeking then this could be the role for you so apply now to avoid missing out!Millbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer and respects diversity.
