Senior Facilities Manager in Hillingdon

Boden Group has been selected as the recruitment partner to source a Senior Facilities Manager (known internally as a 'Regional Site Operations Business Partner') who will be based out of our clients UK HQ in West London (Hillingdon).This is a brand new role in their FM/Workplace structure & will oversee sites across one of their regions in EMEA.This role will suit a forward thinking, strategic, well rounded workplace focused, facilities individual who has experience managing across multiple sites either in the UK only or across EMEA (which would give you an advantage).Our clients primary industry is pharma however you do not need experience in a pharma environment to be considered but again, it could be an advantage if you have this exposure.What are we looking for in a top quality applicant? * Experience within highly complex environments and ability to navigate across multiple business areas and countries while managing complex interdependencies. * Enterprise mindset and ability to manage conflicting priorities within unpredictable environments both internally and externally. * Experience managing high levels of change at a fast pace using quick and creative thinking within agreed frameworks. * Strong contractor management experience. * Proficient at collecting, analysing and understanding data.
