They are currently searching for Senior EC&I Engineers to join their team based out of their Warrington office.The role is offered on a 12-month rolling contract and is Inside IR35 – you must be able to achieve and maintain baseline security clearance.Your duties and responsibilities will beEnsuring the design is produced in line with required Regulatory, Customer and Company standardsDelivery, supervision, and verification of EC&I related engineering design deliverables to cost, schedule and quality.Overseeing team progress and producing reports.Interface co-ordination with other engineering disciplines.Performing appropriate engineering reviews.Identifying discipline resource needs and supporting in the recruitment process.Ensuring design change and configuration is effectively managed.Overall management and coordination of EC&I team on the project.The identification of changes in the scope of work and ensuring that appropriate change requests are implemented.Produce and maintain key deliverable documents/reports, calculations, schedules, etc. to programme and of appropriate quality.Liaise and coordinate with other design disciplines and plant engineering as necessary in the production of preliminary and detail design deliverables.Support the CE&I design team in meetings and reviews.You will have the following qualifications & experiencePrevious experience of working within existing Sellafield plants / brown field sites is highly desirable though not essential providing that suitable similar experience can be demonstrated.The candidate shall ideally have experience in a similar role and should ideally be an Incorporated/Chartered Engineer or be working towards gaining professional status.
