Senior Contract Manager
3 year contract - Remote - United Kingdom - Offshore Wind - Outside IR35
You will be working for a leading developer, they are looking to make a huge impact on the UK with one of the largest offshore wind farms.
Role Description:
- You will be leading the initiation, production, and enhancement of Contract Conditions.
- You will have oversight & responsibility for all commercial and procurement matters.
- You will be managing comprehensive processes for packaging-related contractual document administration and development.
- You must make sure you are operating within the project’s governing model, ensuring implementation of contractual processes, requirements & tendering regulations.
- Making sure that you are preparing for and engaging in negotiations pertaining to packaging-related matters, leading the contractual discussions.
- You will be managing contractor claims and variations.
Must have:
- Experience in project execution
- Solid experience in contract management from the offshore wind industry.
- Experience with FIDIC contracts.
- Experience in the T&I, Cables & Foundations scope.
- Execution Contract Manager, with knowledge in finalization of contracts and claims.
