The role

Joining the London-based global Creative Services team, this Senior Content Executive will collaborate with Product teams to craft compelling content across digital platforms (including both web and email content).

We’re looking for someone with experience working in a fast-paced content production environment with a passion for delivering high-quality consumer-facing content.

As a Senior Content Executive you will:

  • Build, customise, and oversee templates for campaigns and member communications, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Populate and update messages via the CMS to provide timely and relevant information to mobile audiences.
  • Manage updates and maintenance tasks for the website using the CMS.
  • Assist with ongoing content upkeep and troubleshooting to ensure optimal content performance and user experience.
  • Support with cross-browser testing and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any technical issues.
  • Play a vital role in streamlining digital operations, enhancing user engagement, and contribute to the overall success of marketing initiatives.

    • To apply, you should have

  • Experience working as a Content Manager or Senior Content Executive in a B2C / consumer environment.
  • Hands-on experience with a well-known CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or Magnolia.
  • Hands-on experience with email templates and eCRM platforms.
