The role of Senior Business Performance Analyst will be at the heart of an exciting and fast paced team, playing a significant role in making change happen every day.

You will add value in this end-to-end role by working alongside stakeholders and using your analytical skills to drive powerful insights to facilitate change and promote growth in the Premier Inn business.

Location: Dunstable, hybrid- a minimum of 3 days per week in the office

What you’ll do:

Deliver hotel performance reporting and analysis to commercial teams with proposals.

Responsible for developing and producing occupancy and revenue forecasts.

Own and deliver competitor benchmarking for our hotel business.

Support the Commercial Strategy Manager in the research, analysis and proposals all strategic commercial projects.

Work in cross functional teams supporting key business projects and new concept development.

Support for Trading Statements and ad hoc questions from Senior Management team

What we need:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.

Experience at working with large and complex Excel models.

Good commercial awareness/experience

Decision-making based on analytical insight.
