The Senior Brand Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the PHMG portfolio of products and services as the business continues to strengthen its Audio Branding position and extends into adjacent categories of Cloud telephony, Data Analytics and Connectivity.

This position will play an instrumental part in shaping portfolio strategies, leading new product development, managing product performance and developing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, trial and consideration. Additionally, the role will involve developing and executing comprehensive marketing support plans for our world leading client services.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the marketing landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing growth focused product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the audio branding portfolio.
  • Oversee additional portfolio areas including Cloud Telephony, business connectivity, analytics solutions, cyber security, and AI tools for businesses.
  • Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • New Product Development:

  • Lead the ideation process for new products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, sales, finance, client services) to develop new product propositions.
  • Create and execute comprehensive launch plans.
  • Measure post-launch success and use learning to adapt wave 2 launch plans.
  • Portfolio & Product Performance Management:

  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics for each portfolio tier.
  • Identify opportunities to extend the client base.
  • Drive strategies to increase revenues per deal and improve overall product performance.
  • Client Services Marketing Plans:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support client services strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to understand client needs and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
  • Manage client communications and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Utilise analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead the PPC & SEO Marketing plan:

  • Work with the SEO agency to ensure effective spend and monitor the lead conversion process.
  • CRM Marketing Email Campaigns:

  • Design and manage nurture campaigns to prospects.
  • Oversee email updates to client cohorts and manage campaign performance.
  • Annual Marketing Activity Budget Planning Process:

  • Assist in planning and managing the annual marketing budget.
  • Key Competencies:

  • Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in consumer businesses, B2B subscription businesses, cloud technology, or managed business services.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for leading multi-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools
