Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a leading multi disciplinary practice near Kidderminster, West Midlands. The practice are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team in the in-house Estates Department as a key player in delivering exceptional architectural designs and visualisations. Based at their prestigious Head office, this role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise nationwide on projects spanning multiple sectors, including Residential, Retail, Industrial and Commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the standard, layout, and styling of drawingsConduct building and site surveys using cutting-edge toolsPrepare CAD drawings for various purposesDesign new projects in compliance with regulationsCollaborate with various departments to provide top-tier serviceRequirements:Degree in Architectural Technology or a HNC/HND in a related fieldProficiency in measured surveys and drawing processesStrong problem-solving skills in measurement and drawing aspectsFull clean driving licenseIn return, the successful Senior Architectural Technician will be offered a salary & benefits package that will include the following:£38,000-£42,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)Car AllowanceEnhanced Pension27 Days annual leave + bank holidaysOnsite Gym & PTFree parkingProfessional fees coveredAnd much more!If you are passionate about architectural design, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
