The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an SDR Manager to be the ARCHITECT and LEADER of our new, ambitious and hungry SDR team.

Leading the team to stellar performance, driving exponential revenue growth – whilst not being afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in yourself! 

You’ll be ETHICAL - driving and reinforcing a team culture of win:win, where customer success is at the heart of everything we do, as nobody wins if an apprentice fails!

Striving to be at the top of your game, providing audacious experiences and streamlining all you and the team do – YOU WON'T SIT STILL… you’ll always be iterating, prototyping, reviewing and improving our processes so we have the highest quality pipeline for our sales team that convert to increasing revenue figures.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is an SDR SEASONED PRO in building, growing, sustaining and leading an SDR team.

You'll be INFECTIOUS with your enthusiasm and positivity, with the ability to maintain energy and resilience within the team.

As a credible and collaborative PEOPLE MANAGER – you’ll coach and champion your team, whilst not shying away from difficult conversations.

As a CUSTOMER CENTRIC THINKER you’ll have the courage to walk away from business when it’s not win:win and instill this ethos within the team you build.

Remaining steadfast in the face of adversity, you’ll be ANALYTICAL using data to glean insights and patterns to aid your decision making and spot opportunities.

You’ll LOVE a process…the more repeatable and adopted it is the better, as you understand this enables scale.

As a SELF-STARTER, whose TECH SAVVY, you'll always be looking for new opportunities, improvements and better ways of working so we keep changing lives through apprenticeships!

You’ll receive: 

• £55,000 - £70,000 plus OTE
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Hours of work - you can choose your own hours, providing you're around when stakeholders need you and you clock up 37.5 hours per week
