SCADA Engineer in Castleford

The Field Operations team are responsible for delivering technical solutions and projects to ensure the network develops to a smarter, more flexible network that is central to the region’s journey to net zero.

As a SCADA Engineer, you will be an integral part of achieving this.

What will you do?

•Provide SCADA services to Primary Projects, Major Projects and Network Investment on SCADA systems up to and including 132kV

•Development and Testing of Protocol interfaces between existing equipment and new equipment

•Provide SCADA fault finding and repair service on systems up to and including 132kV

•Provide SCADA operations service on systems up to and including 132kV

•Maintain and update all SCADA related records including drawings and setting files.

•Provide SCADA configuration updates for in service equipment

What qualifications and experience should you have?

•Level 5 or 6 (HND, degree, or equivalent) in STEM subject, or a level 4 qualification (e.

g.

, HNC) with at least three years of relevant experience

•Knowledge and Experience of SCADA systems in utility systems

•Knowledge of SCADA serial and IP protocols

•Full driving licence
