Do you enjoy the sale progression element more than the selling house's side of an estate agency? Are you thoroughly knowledgeable of the residential conveyancing process? If yes, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join our client's busy Estate Agency in Prestwich.This role will also involve viewings and some Property Management duties when needed.Working Hours:Monday to Friday (No weekends)As a Sales Progressor, you will be offered:£25,000 basic salary Realistic OTE of £28,000 Career progression Free parking Mileage covered Ongoing training & supportAs a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for:Progressing sales from ‘offer agreed’ to ‘completion’ Guide clients throughout the progress of the sales Provide excellent customer service Liaising with all stakeholders throughout a property transaction to provide updates and chase progress Work to milestones and deadlines Overcome challenges throughout the sales process Renegotiate sales when required Work to a target of pipeline conversion Attending viewings when needed Conducting property inspections when needed Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenanceDue to the high amounts of applications, if you have not been contacted within 7 days please consider your application unsuccessful.This job has been posted by GCB Recruitment which is acting as the Employment Agency in relation to this job, working on behalf of their client who is confidential at this stage
