About the role


Being an integral member of the global Sales and Service Team, this unique customer facing role is responsible for expanding, developing and managing all Cyclomedica sales and business functions within the UK.

This is a broad-based role that includes all aspects of business. We are seeking an individual that has a proven track record of working autonomously and achieving results across a wide range of functions and tasks.

Key responsibilities


· Work collaboratively in developing, growing, educating and maintaining strong customers relationships in the region.

· Establish, support and promote the region in sales and marketing activities to develop strategies and contribute to expanding the use of Technegas™ and explore new growth opportunities with go to market plans.

· Identify and work with Global team on new sales and business opportunities in the Molecular Imaging sphere including new distributions that may be offered by Cyclomedica UK.

· Contribute to the development of new products both as improvements of current products as well as new innovative products.

· Assist in developing Marketing plans and programs aligned with products and solutions and execute accordingly with Sales.

· Capture Market segmentation and targeting.

· Prospect for & establish accounts with new creditworthy customers.

· Assist the Global team in the preparation and follow up of customer proposals, agreements, tender preparation and monitoring tools as required.

· Assist in maintaining and updating sales, customer records and licenses in relevant company systems.

· Manage day to day regional activities for Customer Support, Service, Quality and Regulatory consultants.

· Drive and assist in developing and participate in meetings and conferences and contribute to improving the customer’s business.


Who we’re looking for


We’re looking for candidates with the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required. Nuclear medicine qualification will be highly regarded.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management or sales, preferably in the nuclear medicine, medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Natural ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to overcome challenges and conflict while maintaining important relationships
  • Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
