Sales Manager in Manchester

A fantastic opportunity to join a market leading British SME manufacturer of packaging related tooling & engineered components looking for an experienced B2B field sales person to sell to both end users and OEMs and covering the whole UK.   BASIC SALARY: up to £60,000   BENEFITS: · Commission & Bonus to earn circa £10,000 · Car Allowance · Benefits package   LOCATION: Covering the whole UK you will be home based spending 3 days per week visiting clients, 1 day per week in the office and 1 day per week WFH. Ideally living on the M1, M6, M62 corridors or within easy reach of motorway networks.   COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Leicester, Nottingham,Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Peterborough   JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager, Business Development Manager - Manufacturing, Components   A mix of existing account management in their established market 60% and new business development in a brand new market 40% with a very realistic first year target. Spending 3 days per week visiting clients with 1 day in the office and 1 day working from home.   PERSON SPECIFICATION:  Sales Manager, Business Development Manager - Manufacturing, Components   · You must have a proven track record in B2B field sales of engineered or industrial components. · Ideally you will have sold to end users in the food processing market &/or will have sold to OEMs of capital equipment. · A technical or engineering background &/or relevant engineering qualifications would also be advantageous.   THE COMPANY:   A market leading SME British manufacturer of packaging related tooling & engineered components sold to both end users mainly in the food processing industry & to OEM`s of packaging machinery.   INTERESTED?
