Sales Manager in London

Goal :

Were looking for a Sales Manager to support thegrowth of our team of Sales Executives.

A playermanager youll lead by example with the ability to the lead the teamand help our more junior sales members close.

Expectations

• Lead and developour Sales Executives to increase Revenue and become Senior SalesExecutives
• Join and support on Sales callswith key prospects and clients to drive revenue across the team
• Establish goals incremental metrics andprocesses with the team and individuals to exceed key performanceindicators
• As part of the leadership team workwith other departments to ensure cross team collaboration benefitsthe widercompany

ExperienceRequired

• Proven trackrecord of successfully managing a team to establish a longtermprofitable process to achieve and exceeding monthly quarterly andannual targets
• Proven knowledge and experienceof B2B sales and experience of working closely with a clientservicing team
• Experience in media marketingpublishing or in a related aspect of the advertising industry
• Ability to identify issues identify keystakeholders and drive through resolution through stronginfluencing and matrix managementskills

• Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgateoffice
