What is the role?

Enterprise sales is a core part of what we do every day, and the Sales Manager will strategically generate, nurture, and expand relationships with these important clients.

The primary goal for this role is to drive new revenue for the enterprise and growth-company sector through strategic thinking, business development, and relationship building.

What are the Tasks?

  • Manage incoming inquiries from companies looking for managed flex space (teams from 15 - 200 people)
  • Forecast, maintain, and report on a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Drive engagement on both the partner and client side, coordinate and manage office tours, and solidify deals
  • Proactively build a strategy and execute to win new accounts in the Enterprise category across EMEA
  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting between workspace provider and client
  • Follow existing and potential clients’ growth and expansions for new opportunities across local and global markets
  • Identify the perfect balance between our clients’ company goals, timing, and budget
  • Maximize our enterprise offering online with the help of our key partners
  • Track and optimize your performance, including identifying issues, assessing possible solutions, and executing
  • Possess expert knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and the Flexible Workspace landscape to find innovative, suitable occupancy solutions for every client
  • Deliver next-level customer experience for ongoing brand loyalty
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Area Managers, and the CEO to support your efforts in each market
