The dynamic team delivers exceptional service and expertise in the London property market.Our client has an exciting opportunity to hire the best Sales Manager in London! With a prestigious client base that expects only the highest standards, our client is regarded as a leader in knowledge and insight across our glamorous London locations.Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Overseeing a professional and energetic team of Sales Consultants * Conducting and winning market appraisals * Overseeing and monitoring all sales negotiations * Providing landlords and vendors with regular market updates and comprehensive viewing feedbackThe Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: * Minimum of 3 years Estate Agency experience * Minimum of 1 years experience at Management level. * Previous experience managing a busy team of highly ambitious Property Consultants is essential. * A desire to want to play a core role in significantly scaling a business * A proven track record in Estate Agency * Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way * Enjoy working in a team environment * We are looking for an articulate, confident, and calm leader who can inspire others with charm, diligence, and tenacity.The hours will be:Monday to Friday 9am – 6pmSalary range will be:between £35,000pa to £40,000pa basican OTE of around £100,000If this role is of interest to you and you have the necessary role requirements, please submit your most up to date CV and contact details to Louise Foster at Roundpegs Property Recruitment todayDue to the high volume of enquiries that we receive, we are not always able to respond to all CVs.
