An experienced Sales Manager is required for a company specialising in identifying wealth-building opportunities across the globe. This includes UK & overseas property investment. They work with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for 1 or 2 property investments, to overseas funds and institutions looking for large bulk purchases.THE SALES MANAGER ROLE:Due to their continued success and expansion, a role has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, manage, coach and develop an existing and growing sales team in London. Working for a global leader in the overseas & UK property industry, you will be leading an existing team of entrepreneurial people who are committed to achieving excellence.You will be responsible for:Ensure the team meet and exceeds all KPI’s for sales activity and sales revenueIdentifying learning and development opportunities for the team including on the job training and coaching recruiting new members to the teamTo ensure year-on-year revenue growth and team expansionAdvising and closing property dealsEstablishing and maintaining relationships with company partnersEnsuring objectives, sales standards, processes and structures are embedded throughoutKEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:They require a highly motivated, inspirational individual who can demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills who share their vision and passion for property. They are looking for somebody with big ideas that enjoys helping others meet and exceed their targets day in day out.
