Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Timebeat, a leading technology company.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating strong client relationships.

As a Sales Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, their features, and benefits. Articulate product value propositions effectively to potential clients and demonstrate how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address client challenges and showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and proposals. Work closely with clients to overcome objections and secure commitments. Ensure timely closure of sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Using CRM software, maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
  • Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
