Alexander Steele Recruitment is delighted to be working with a fast-growing ingredients manufacturer and distributor. They are truly are one of a kind and are expanding into various market sectors within the UK and Abroad. They currently have a vacancy for a Sales Executive. Reporting into and working closely with the Head of Sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand the value of their products and brand positioning in the market.
  • Stay up to date with new product lines in the market and highlight new areas of opportunity.
  • Seek new business leads and follow up on them.
  • Maintain communication with existing customer.
  • Sales Strategy SOP in all activities and prepare sales and marketing presentations
  • Manage sample preparations and despatch.
  • Participate in National and International food exhibitions.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture by promoting ad implementing ideas that may improve quality, efficiency and profitability of the business.
  • Maintain Food Safety Standards
  • Maintaining Health & Safety Standards


Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-3 years sales experience., Ideally with FMCG or a related category.
  • Willingness to travel throughout London & the Southeast to visit customers.
  • Excellent communication, IT, Excel and numerical skills.
  • ‘Can Do’ attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Desire to progress within sales & commercial.
  • Location: Must be commutable to the West London office. Commutable areas are: Uxbridge, Hayes, West Drayton, Southall, Hounslow, Slough, Greenford.
