Sales Executive

In this role you will be responsible for the growth of sales in the specified geographical area of the UK (London and the South East), together with new and existing retailers. You will ensure execution of developed strategies with local retailers with the aim of becoming the Brand of Choice, for both retailers and consumers. As a Sales Executive you will maintain direct contact with all accounts in the area and represent the brand accordingly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish, execute, and achieve annual sales targets within the specified area.
  • Building great, successful relationships both internally and externally.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer performance, as well as using data and insight to identify trends to accurately forecast business performance and grow sales.
  • Report local market data and trends to the management team.
  • Establish an event calendar together with marketing and participate in trade and consumer shows/events.
  • Being the main contact for assigned retailers for daily on-going topics and issues.
  • Regular and proactive visits to all customers within the area.

You will demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of sustainable account growth in the garden and/or leisure sector.
  • A flexible approach and have excellent organisational skills.
  • Self-motivation and a keen desire to deliver sales growth.
  • Ability to negotiate and demonstrate accountability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
