Sales Development Representative in Leeds

SPG – Resourcing is currently a Sales Development Representative for our sister business SPG Transformation.

SPG Transformation has an established a base of clients within which the team have demonstrated the success for the SPG value propositions including:

• Lightning Insights
• CloudOps Managed Service
• Cyber Security

Working alongside our Business Development Manager and Chief Revenue Officer you'll be opening discussions with potential customers who have not previously engaged with SPG before.

Using a variety of techniques you’ll engage, nurture and new clients and manage the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts.

You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Key Deliverables:

• Knowledge, use and execution of a broad range of sales techniques and skills. E.g. SPIN, Challenger.
• Prospecting with Sales Navigator
• High energy and determined to succeed.
• Methodical sales funnel management each day, discipline and a structured approach lead to success in this role.
• Management of the required volumes of sales opportunities at each stage of the sales lifecycle.
• Input into and development of the sales process.
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 + OTE £75,000
