Role overview: As a Sales Development Representative you will initiate and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and direct customer contact. With support from the team, you will nurture these relationships while guiding them through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through marketing campaigns, and targeted sales tools
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assess their level of digital transformation readiness.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance performance.

Project Involvement: You'll work on varied projects across the public sector, financial services, criminal justice, and aviation & transportation industries. Recent achievements include a world-first migration of Niche RMS to Azure, delivering facial AI PoCs, and a greenfield digital transformation for a government organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Self-starter who is results-oriented, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team
