Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for an experience Sales and Marketing executive for our growing manufacturing client based in the Longton area.

This position will involve a combination of sales, marketing, and new customer development activities to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to convert them into paying customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products and services.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to management on a regular basis.
  • Primarily To be out on the road with 1 day in home office or company.

    • 4 day week (flexible working hours).

    All IT equipment provided, potential of a company vehicle once probation has been passed.

    This is a permanent role directly with our client.
