Sales Account Manager in Sheffield

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to strengthen and expand our client's team to be based in Sheffield.Salary is between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum.This will suit someone with a proven record in Engineering sales (eg, knives, cutlery) and be used to managing multiple accounts, so organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively is essential.To be successful in this role, you must have a full UK Driving Licence and means of transport as there will be the expectation of visiting client's sites (new and existing) to build and maintain relationships.This role involves managing existing customer accounts with outstanding service and identifying new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.A key part of your role will be to understand and address customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty and having a relationship in place to secure long term business.Key Responsibilities:-* Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.* Prospect for new business opportunities.* Understand customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities..* Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.* Achieve and surpass targets and KPIs in customer management and business growth.Requirements:-* Proven experience in account management or related roles.* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building capabilities.* A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.* Strong organisational skills to handle multiple accounts.* Continuous learning mindset and interest in industry trends.* Experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous.In the first instance, send CV's to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) (option 1) for Engineering.Dutton Recruitment are working as an Employment Business on behalf of our client
