Safeguarding Business Support Officer in Bromley

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Safeguarding Business Support Officer , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay : £14.79- £18.81 per hour

Summary:

To provide administrative support for the Childrens Safeguarding & Care Planning and Court Service and report to the Senior Safeguarding Business Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support to the Childrens Safeguarding Service.
• To assist with the distribution of petty cash up to £250 and food vouchers for families.
• To issue travel warrants as required by the service.
• To ensure Birth Certificate order requests are processed and logged appropriately.
• To process taxi and interpreter & translation bookings for the service.

Qualifications:

• GCSEs in English & Maths or proven experience commensurate to qualification.
• IT qualifications or proven experience commensurate to qualification.

Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
• Good IT experience in a range of applications.
• Experience working with the public and handling client queries and issues

Please note:

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
