The Team & Focus of the Role

Would you like to join our established and driven Property Management & Consultancy team in Ashby de la Zouch? We’re looking for a Rural Administrator to come and join our driven team, serving our clients within Rural Property Management. Working as part of a close-knit network across the UK, you will be part of a team delivering exceptional results for our clients, ensuring their properties and assets are being managed to their maximum potential. Our team has become recognised for managing a number of diverse corporate portfolio’s for multi-national mineral and water infrastructure plc’s. In addition, our team manages small traditional Client estates local to Ashby and also across the country including in the Lake District and Peak.

We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our excellent client service standards. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys having a varied workload and managing numerous spinning plates, then this could be a great opportunity for you. The role offers the opportunity for progression, and we would encourage the individual to pursue further training and qualifications with our support as part of their role.

This is a permanent, full-time position on a 37.5 hour contract (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm), however we encourage flexible working and also have a hybrid working policy. There is also opportunity for travel with occasional overnight stays throughout the UK as part of the wider PM&C role.

Duties will include:

• Working within and supporting the Property Management & Consultancy team to manage private and large corporate non-operational client portfolios throughout the UK.
• Liaising with a variety of stakeholders (including clients, tenants and contractors) regarding day-to-day issues, to ensure that satisfactory outcomes are reached for all parties
• Ensuring that best practice is adhered to in relation to compliance and property management across a variety of property types including residential/commercial/agricultural.
• Creating and maintaining a variety of documentation for property records, such as tenancy agreements, rent review notices, compliance certificates liaising with our central admin hub, capturing efficiencies to improve these processes wherever possible
• Maintaining our property management and accounting software package (Grosvenor Systems – Propman) and close liaising with our accounts teams to continually ensure that accuracy of both management and reporting data
• Ensuing client files – paper or electronic are managed in adherence with the latest RICS regulations
• Supporting Fisher German internal compliance systems such as approved contractors and supplier management
