  • A reputable Manchester-based firm, is on the hunt for a RTA Fee Earner to manage a fast-track caseload of RTA claims from inception to final settlement.

    This expanding firm offers a unique opportunity to work in one of the few in the industry resistant to market trends and continues to grow.

    As the new RTA Fee Earner, your role will be integral to the team.

    Based in Rochdale, you’ll manage a caseload of 140 files, focusing 100% on RTA.

    Your duties will include running litigation on these files under the guidance of the director and the senior solicitor.

    Success in this role requires experience in handling comparable caseload sizes/contributing to similar file types.

    Although the background of the firm you’ve previously worked in is not crucial, you must be from a claimant background.

    Key skills include RTA litigation experience.
