Job Details• Band 6 CPN/ RMN with community experience to manage a defined caseload for working age adults.
Full JD is available upon request.
• Minimum 3 month contract with the option to extend.

Position Requirements• Active NMC registration• Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
