Who we are looking for:

Note that this is a primarily office-based role (~4 days per week).

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement processes and reporting on our customer journey from end to end. The role will sit within the Product & Tech team, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations and partnering closely with stakeholders in the Growth, Customer Engagement, and Finance teams.

We are looking for a self-starter who is excited to play an instrumental role in refining our revenue growth strategy. Your expertise in analytics and your customer-obsessed mindset will help us streamline our sales and ongoing customer engagement processes and make data-informed decisions. You are passionate about simplifying processes, setting up reliable data sources, and helping businesses deliver value more efficiently. You are comfortable adapting within a rapidly changing business environment and working in a highly collaborative setting with a diverse, geographically spread group of stakeholders. Beyond the day job, we are looking for candidates who share our enthusiasm about the potential for Zero100 to have a positive impact on the supply chain profession and (more broadly) the planet.

In your first six months, you’ll:

  • Own end-to-end tracking of Zero100’s sales pipeline and membership journey, ensuring seamless integration into Salesforce.
  • Define, prioritize, and implement backend Salesforce and Pardot improvements and track progress.
  • Support the marketing team in scaling their use of Pardot.
  • Document and continuously enhance our Revenue Operations processes and best practices. Promote data hygiene and effective CRM utilization across partner teams through trainings and guides.
  • Analyze sales and engagement data, generate insights and recommendations, and present learnings to senior business stakeholders.
  • Develop and automate internal sales and retention reporting that is tailored to partner teams’ requirements and goals.
  • Earn trust at all levels of the organization through high quality written/verbal communication.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Revenue Operations or a related field, including Sales Operations, Consulting, or Business Operations/Analytics.
  • Extensive experience managing and customizing Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Track-record of using data to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial efficiency, and reduce customer attrition in a subscription business.
  • Strong project management skills with experience defining new business processes and simplifying existing ones.
  • Proficiency in manipulating and interpreting data and analyzing trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and experiment in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience setting up and/or enhancing sales tracking through a Sales Enablement Tool
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI).
  • Experience working in a start-up and/or scale-up environment.
