Revenue Controller in Southampton

Revenue Controller – The RoleEnsuring accurate billing and providing valuable financial insightsBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners, fee earners, and other key stakeholders.

Conduct regular reviews of WIP and accounts receivable balances to drive performanceProvide regular and ad hoc reporting to senior management, partners, and other stakeholdersMonitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and potential issuesCollaborate with credit controllers to manage delinquent accounts and resolve disputesMonitor timesheet compliance and address any discrepancies.

Play a key role in ensuring the firm successfully meets billing deadlinesRevenue Controller – Required ExperiencePrior revenue management experience within a professional service or time-based business such a legal, consultancy, creative, engineering, architecture etcExposure to working with and dealing with senior stakeholders Extensive knowledge of standard billing practices and proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMotivated and positive with a ‘can do’ attitudeMotivated and proactive with a "can-do" attitudeUnderstanding of privacy and confidentiality.

Revenue Controller – The PackageSalary up to £40,000Bonus schemeHybrid working – 3 office / 2 home25 days of annual leave with the option to buy or sell 5 days.
