Resource Manager in London

Radley Green is working with a global Law firm that are in the process of setting up their Resource Management function and rolling it out across the firm.

This role will work with the Head of Resource Management and own all RM systems and processes and successful candidates must have strong business partnering experience and the ability to review, develop and implement RM processes.

This role requires an experienced Resource Manager who has implemented and developed RM systems and processes in the past and has the communication skills and confidence to work with clients on change management projects.

This role will pay between £65k to £75k (depending on experience) and will offer huge opportunities for progression and development, hybrid working, great benefits and bonus structure.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the partner group and act as the main internal contact for everything Resource Management related.
• Build strong relationships across the firm to ensure an in-depth understanding of the business and their Resource requirements.
• Create efficiencies in the work allocation process based on pipeline, utilisation and forecasted capacity
• Work with Business Development team to identify individuals to support on BD initiatives
• Manage and develop all reporting and analysis related to Resourcing.

Candidates must have / be:

• Workforce planning / Resource management in a Legal environment
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.
• Problem solver who is creative and resilient.
• Strong project management experience.
