Responsibilities / Position overview

Our market research Insights Team are seeking a Research Executive to join their qualitative research team. Someone with solid project management skills, proactively implementing solutions, who has a good grasp of qual research methods and can apply them to a project. 

The Research Executive will understand and articulate client needs, whilst confidently drafting materials and conducting 1-1 interviews. They'll practice group moderating and begin to lead brainstorming and presentation development.

The purpose of this role is:

  • To provide proactive project support to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects
  • To conduct defined research activities to help build client satisfaction
  • To assist and provide support in building client relationships to help drive growth
  • To coach Research Assistants and support work team colleagues
  • To act as an effective Lumanity team member, with enthusiasm and creativity 
  • Qualifications

  • Strong Degree (2:1) in any subject and/or professional qualification preferable
  • 1-2 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation
  • 1+ years’ experience in research-based project support role
  • healthcare sector experience is preferable
  • All round technical ability and broad knowledge of research methods and approaches
  • Solid project management skills
  • Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
