Relief Team Assistant in Nottingham

Salary - £10.

90 per hour 

Hours - Covering various shift patterns between 8:00 and 19:00 

Location - On Site – Across Various Legal and Administrative Sites in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.

This role involves covering ad hoc shifts supporting administration and front of house duties.

The Job: 

· Meeting, greeting, and interacting with visitors 

· Internal and external call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages 

· Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests 

· Meeting room set up and hospitality 

· Delivering an exceptional electronic and hard copy file management service 

· Photocopying, scanning and printing 

· Binding documents 

· All post room related tasks 

· Extensive computer and data related tasks 

· Helping to resolve client queries 

· Assisting clients to use the service efficiently 

· Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
