Relief Support Worker We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate individual to work with well established organisation in Bath as a Day Support Worker. The role involvesSupporting customers to maintain their tenancy. Assessing potential customers, coordinating maintenance and contractors, conducting sign-ups and move-ins, reporting maintenance issues. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fire checks, and other relevant standards. To thrive in this role, you must possess a proactive approach and excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively address a range of issues that may arise.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the permanent staff member to address client inquiries promptly and efficiently. Handle incoming phone calls, providing assistance and relevant information to callers. Work closely with individuals to identify their unique needs and develop tailored support plans.
