Registered Children Home Manager Salary £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Bonus! + Pay RISE + Excellent Benefits! Location: Shirley Hours: Full time Shifts: 9.00 am – 5.00 pmMCH recruitment is recruiting for a children service ,we are looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager. To run a state-of-the-art bedded residential children's homes we will consider candidates with a background in working in the residential children's setting for the past 5 years or more.Are you a Registered Children's Home Manager looking for a new challenge? Or are you a children's Deputy Manager, Team Leader,Registered Children Home Manager Duties: * To be the Ofsted Registered Children Home Manager for the children's home and act on behalf of the organisation to ensure that the home meets relevant requirements set out in legislation. * To provide effective leadership and management and to always remain professional. * Ensure the implementation of all designated areas of the child(rens) care plan by OFSTED standards, regulations, and the child’s LAC plans. * To ensure a high standard of consistent care and service by legislation, government guidance, regulations, and standards, and the policies and procedures of the registered provider are implemented. * Ensure a coordinated approach to services for children and young people.Registered Children Home Manager Remuneration: * Pay review after successful completion of registration with Ofsted. * Full sick pay * Performance related bonus * Excellent bonus scheme * Excellent in-house training with opportunities to obtain career progression. * Compassionate bereavement leaves. * Referral & employee assistance programme * Company events to reward hard work and recognition.Registered Children Home Manager Requirements: * Must have 3 year experience of working in a supervisory role in children's care. * Driving license preferred * Must have an NVQ Level 3 or Diploma Level 3 in childcare. * NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Children’s Services or be willing to obtain, our client will fully fund it.So, suppose you are a healthcare professional with 2 years experience working in the residential childcare sector since 2019! and have been either a leader/deputy manager or a registered manager.
