Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Business Partner to work with our Yorkshire offices (including Sheffield, Leeds & Newcastle) you will also support some remote business teams, e.g Finance & IT. This role has a focus on our day-to-day operational HR activities. You will act as the single point of contact for our teams of Legal professionals, therefore regular travel to your offices is essential to be visible which is a key aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact on Employee Relation matters between regional offices and departments.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and line managers to support the achievement of branch objectives and HR KPIs.
  • Provide guidance on day-to-day people practices, including structures and succession planning.
  • Support managers in handling complex cases.
  • Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency.
  • Utilise data, metrics, and evidence to inform decision-making and drive change across the firm.
  • Undertake operational projects to support the People Strategy.
  • Take responsibility for regional on boarding and deliver local training initiatives.
About You
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, offering practical solutions to everyday business issues with grace under pressure.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Presentation skills in producing, facilitating, and written work.
  • Proven experience advising on and/or implementing change, including financial (cost) elements.
  • Strong Generalist HR experience.
  • Previous experience advising on and/or implementing organisational development programs/cultural change.
  • Minimum CIPD level 5 qualification.
