About the team

The Workplace Solutions Team encompasses building and facilities management, premises security (both door and CCTV) property and equipment maintenance, post (digital and physical), archiving (digital and physical), health and safety, office moves and refurbishments.

About the role 

  • In this role you will work closely with the Head of Workplace Solutions in the management of all of our UK sites
  • You'll be responsible for delivering a high quality, efficient, client focused service to the offices with an emphasis on developing strong and supportive relationships with the local office teams
  • Playing a key role in the transformation of office-based working to align with our hybrid working approach
  • Manage a team of Facilities Officers (to be recruited) in regional offices and work closely with the London Property & Facilities Manager to develop best practice approach to managing offices and creating standard operating procedures

What are we looking for?

  • A dedicated FM professional, member of BIFM or equivalent organisation
  • Management experience within the building and maintenance industry
  • Proven track record in managing the delivery of integrated facilities services setting and delivering performance targets, driving change and delivering the highest standards of HSE Compliance
  • Experience of statutory compliance and workplace regulations
  • Experience of risk assessment, management of contractor activities, safety management systems
