Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm. The role will involve oversight of a team of Building & facilities Managers working on several sites and buildings throughout London.The position will not involve managing any properties directly but to be able to support and be a point of escalation. This is a flexible role where some work can be completed from home / office but you will also manage your own diary to include meeting the team on site.Key responsibilities of the Regional Facilities Manager will include:Line management responsibilities, whilst being able to identify, act upon and support new business opportunitiesLeading and inspiring the team to deliver the agreed service, strategy and business plan to achieve high standards of service deliveryCo-ordinate the operational day to day aspects of direct report Facilities and Building ManagersManagement of contractors, all aspects of site Health and Safety, reporting and compliance with risk management practices, together with client interfacesFirst point of contact for Facilities Managers and Building Managers in respect of advice and supportQualifications required:IOSH /NEBOSH qualificationProven track record across Facilities Management in a commercial environmentAbility to manage and motivate a small team  Experience of leading a team including recruitment, performance management and appraisalsIf you are an experienced Regional Facilities Manager looking for a new diverse role and flexible working opportunity, then please apply now via the link below
