MAC Projects International are a global recruitment and project manpower specialist, our energy division provide specialist project manpower services worldwide across a range of sectors including Renewables, Power, Transmission & Distribution and Oil & Gas.

We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our expanding renewable energy division and play a pivotal role in the next step in our journey as a team. This exciting growth is due to client demands in Europe, North America, and the UK.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing your own desk and growing the client base
• Maximising the return on clients who work with us
• Growing the scope and reach of your desk, successfully converting new business
• Working towards reaching the company’s financial targets
• Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude.

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and determination to succeed, self-motivated and self-sufficient to be able to work from home if desired.
• Proven expertise in networking and identifying relevant individuals in a sector which are often characterised by resource shortages.
• Confident in ability to hit revenue targets in a highly targeted environment.
• Work autonomously and ultimately ‘run your own desk as a business’ taking accountability for its growth.
• Resilient, confident, and humble. As well as being self-motivated, be able to work on your own and be part of a wider team, so collaboration is key.
