This is a great chance to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.Duties and responsibilities of a Resourcer:Managing Recruitment Campaigns: Oversee the recruitment process for industrial warehouse staff from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and clients alike.Candidate Registration: Handle candidate registrations, including document checking to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.Interviewing Candidates: Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles.Support to Account Manager: Assist the Account Manager by maintaining a ready pool of available labour to meet client needs at all times.Resourcer requirements:Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred but not essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Resourcer working hours:Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00What We Offer:Standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
