What's the role?

To continue delivering with our high levels of service, we're currently searching for ambitious Resourcers to fuel our growth by filling vacancies, sourcing top talent, and building relationships with both candidates and clients.

Supporting our Directors and Consultants in the delivery of executive searches and contingency based projects. As well as taking ownership for a range of clients (after you become well and truly part of the MRJ family), you will be conducting market mapping exercises and building long lists of candidates for a variety of searches and keeping clients up to date with our results.

Day to day you will:

• Source and select relevant candidates for technology related roles, using a wide range of platforms.
• Approach suitable candidates and qualifying against agreed competencies (with the aim to manage entire candidate recruitment process).
• Map markets and identify key people for key roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Assist with the day to day running of the team, e.g. confirming interviews and ensuring the database is kept up to date.
• Attend industry events to widen your network and knowledge.
