Recruitment Partner (South)

Up to £40,000 DOE

Hybrid role –predominantly working from home however be available to deliver assessmentcentres in South of UK and attend work events/office when required.

You will be the cornerstone of our commitment to fostering a positive,inclusive, and seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. Reportingdirectly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve as astrategic partner to both our employees and management team, drivinginitiatives that support our new store openings, talent attraction, recruitment,onboarding, organisational effectiveness and the overarching success ofWingstop UK’s talent proposition & growth!

Main duties and responsibilities

·       Translate businessrequirements in partnership with senior managers into effective HR practices todeliver and embed people solutions aligned to business objectives.

·       Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs anddevelop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

·       Forward thinkingapproach to ensure our job ads are up to date and live, taking into account theNSO timeline.

·       Screening &onboarding support through the recruitment process.

·       Organise assessmentdays, leading the day and delivering the presentation & organising theonsite support team.

·       Liaising withDistrict & Regional Managers to ensure we are tracking live data andprojected recruitment figures.

·       Management ofrecruitment co-ordinator for NSO support.

·      The point of contact for candidatesduring their onboarding ensuring they receive excellentcommunication and clear understanding of what to expect in their journey withWingstop UK.

·      Assisting withrecruitment workshops and educating current managers on best practice.

·      Creating presentationsfor recruitment projects & delivering any recruitment training needs acrossWingstop.

·      Support, develop& train existing sites with any recruitment tools & resources.

·      Working to deliverthe recruitment strategy and projects in a timely manner.

·      Assisting andtroubleshooting ATS problems and ensuring that the programming is always up todate.

·      Host and participatein recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidatesin-person.

Analysis

·       Utilise HR data and analytics to identify trends and insightsthat inform strategic decision-making.

·       Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnoverrates, employee satisfaction, and diversity metrics.

·       Display a tenaciousapproach to analysing site results by getting into the detail of all reports.

·       Uses data tomonitor and report on key performance indicators; identifying trends andimplications for the business and to propose and recommend appropriateinterventions.

  • A people first mindset, a strong work ethic and a passion to drive results
  • Functional Recruitment experience within the hospitality industry preferred
  • Experience to deliver effective & engaging training
  • Ability to influence & drive people success
  • A strong self-motivator and be comfortable with WFH and also travel when required to support your stores (option to work at Head office available)
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • A structured, consistent approach to work & an eye for detail
  • Experience in a fast growing QSR brand desirable but not essential
