Robert Half are excited to announce we are working with a global and prestigious Financial Services business who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

We are looking for a highly organised candidate with a strong work ethic who is interested in joining the Internal Talent / Internal Recruitment team.

THE ROLE:

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Managing candidate pipeline and keeping high levels and efficient communication with candidates in process.
  • Update and manage the internal database.
  • Assisting with planning and execution of Recruitment events.
  • Assisting with ad hoc Administration & projects.

    • THE PERSON:

  • 1-2 years experience as an Administrator, PA, EA or Office Assistant in professional/corporate services.
  • Confident liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Wanting to progress their career within Internal Talent / Recruitment.
  • Happy to be office based 4 days per week.
