What will this entail?

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the commercial sector.

Understand client requirements, business objectives, and cultural fitProactively identify new business opportunities to expand client baseActively follow the weekly sales cycle, to generate new businessMatch qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities within the commercial sector.

Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source suitable candidatesConduct candidate screenings, arrange interviews, and complete compliance checksCoordinate interviews between candidates and clientsProvide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment processManage the offer negotiation process and assist in the successful placement of candidates.
