BFlex - Real Estate Solicitor (Consultant)

BFlex offers you the opportunity to work on diverse property transactions while maintaining control over your schedule and workload.

You will advise on complex real estate matters, working alongside our Property department and external clients to deliver strategic legal solutions.

The range of transactions you'll contribute to will be extensive, and you'll be encouraged to leverage your expertise and build relationships across the property sector.

Key clients include: Property developers, institutional investors, REITs, private landlords, and multinational corporations involved in significant real estate transactions across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Expertise: Provide exceptional legal advice on all aspects of real estate transactions.

What you'll need:

• Significant experience in property law with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a transaction team.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for varied assignments.
• Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
